   How To Post A Project                   

To post a project please use the Project Submission Form. Once the project has been posted, providers will submit bids to the email address you listed in your contact information at the top of the form. Providers are not given your contact information, they are only allowed to submit their quotes and an automated bidding system forwards the bid to your email account.

   How To Post An Exclusive Provider Request                   

To post an exclusive provider request locate the provider you are interested in by clicking on their company name. At the top of the provider portfolio you will see a link titled "Submit A Project To: (Company Name)." When you click the link you will be taken to a new project submission form. Click the check box at the top of the form in the "Project Status" section by the sentence: "Send project request exclusively to "(Company Name)." 

If you select the exclusive project request feature your project will not be posted to the public board, it will only be viewed by the provider you selected. If you want a bid from the provider you selected, but also want comparison bids from other providers, do not check the exclusive project status box. An invitation to bid on your project will be sent to the provider and it will also be posted to the public project board.

   How To Use The Project Assistant                   

Buyers with a budget of $2,000 or more can utilize our Project Assistant services free of charge. To submit your project for review, go to the Project Assistant Services page and fill out the brief project information form. For the description please be sure to include as much of the following information as possible: type of business, purpose of website, current domain, estimated budget, desired time frame, and example websites that you like the design of. 

Once your project has been submitted it will be reviewed by a project assistant who will make recommendations and help you write up a precise project request to be posted to the project board. Once you receive bids on the board you can elect to have your project assistant make recommendations based on the provider bids, however, the provider selection is entirely up to you, the buyer. Once a provider has been selected the project assistant will still be available for any questions you may have to ensure the project is completed successfully.

   How To Sign Up For An Account                  

Buyers do not need to sign up for an account. When you submit your first project request the submission form includes fields for all of your necessary contact information. Once your project is posted you will receive an email with your login information. To post future projects you can login with the account created when posting your first project.

   How To Login

If you forget your user name or password there is a form on the login page to have your login information sent to the email address you registered with the account. If you do not remember which email address you signed up with, or no longer have access to the old email account, please contact Buyer Services

Please note: in order to provide a buyer with account information due to a deactivated email address, the buyer must provide the phone number on the account to verify ownership.

   How To Edit Your Profile                  

To edit your profile you must first log in. On the buyer's main admin panel you will see a link to "Edit Profile". Click the link and you will see a form where you can change your contact information. Once you have made the appropriate changes, click the "Update Your Profile" button. You will then be returned to the main admin panel.

   How To Edit Your Project                   

To edit your project you must first log in. On the buyer's main admin panel you will see a link to "View Projects". Click the link and on the next page you will see a list of your projects with a description for each one. At the top of each description are three links "View Bids", "Edit Project", and "Delete Project".

To edit your project, click the "Edit Project" link. On the next page you will see a modified submission form with the fields filled out with your current information. To change the information in a field, select the field and type the new information. Once all fields have been filled out appropriately, click the "Submit Your Revisions" button at the bottom of the form.

   How To Terminate Your Project                   

If you select a provider before the time limit on your project expires, or you want to terminate your project for any reason, log in,  on the buyer's main admin panel you will see a link to "View Projects". Click the link and on the next page you will see a list of your projects with a description for each one. At the top of each description are three links "View Bids", "Edit Project", and "Delete Project". To delete your project, click the "Delete Project" button. A new window will display asking to confirm that you wish to delete the project. click the button to confirm deletetion. The project will be deleted and you will be returned to the main admin panel.

   How To Communicate With Providers                   

Once you submit a project request, providers will submit their bids to the project board. An email notification of the bid will be sent directly to the email account in your profile. To respond to a provider, reply directly to the email bid or call the phone number located at the bottom of the email notification. If you are unable to communicate with a provider for any reason, please contact Buyer Services.

   How To Select A Provider                 

To select a provider you can reply directly to their email bid or call them using the contact phone number at the bottom of the bid. Please notify Buyer Services after you have selected a provider to ensure you do not receive further bids.

   How To Pay For A Project                  

Buyers a re not responsible for any type of payment to Developreneurs. Payment for services are arranged between buyers and providers. Once you hire a provider, you will need to make any payments directly to that provider.
